Wisdom Teeth and another tooth?

Will a dentist remove all four at one time? I have 4 impacted wisdom teeth (I am 33) I have put it off long enough. I also have another tooth that is "behind" my molars, the last dentist who filled a cavity in that tooth said that he wouldn't remove it cause it was somehow connected to my sinuses? Now I don't think they have a choice cause the tooth is gone up to the gum line. But will a dentist get rid of all 5 teeth at once? And if so would a dentist only give me a shot of Novocaine or put me to sleep?

I don't know about that fifth one, but I got all four of my impacted wisdom teeth out yesterday actually, and I had IV sedation for it. If you ask me, that's the only way to go because you remember absolutley nothing, feel nothing, and have no idea it even happened afterwards. As for a few hours after the surgery, it starts to hurt but you get pain meds.
Reply:If you go to an Oral Suregon, they can put you to sleep and remove all 5 teeth at once for you.
Reply:Tooth removals are pretty gnarley because they get it out down to the deep root. I did this operation and I got the Novocaine. Felt like having my mouth open wide and focusing on staying calm as hands and tools went in and out of my mouth back to the wisdom teeth. I got mine removed one at a time on the bottom jaw. Dentitst are probably smart so they can assume ones heal ratio.
