Teeth at 3 months?

My daughter, now 3 months old, Started tething at 2 months. The doctor said she could teeth for months, or wake up one day with a tooth. My cousin had 2 teeth by the time he was 3 1/2 months, I was just wondering how soon your kids actually got teeth. Thanks!!

Teeth at 3 months?
Well my husband got his first at 4.5 months and I was 6 months.

My daughter just got hers when she was 4 months and 3 weeks, then a week later the second came in right beside.

I could tell she was teething early like your daughter is but babies teeth can move up and down for months and not break through. They don't just pop out one day, it is a long and painful process!
Reply:About four months. My nephew is almost five months and he's been cutting for a few weeks. But my mom told me just a few weeks ago that some babies are born with teeth. Scary.
Reply:believe it or not, some babies are born with teeth, but they usually are replaed with new baby teeth
Reply:My little girl did the same thing. She had her first one a 2 months. So around 2 months untill they should have them.
Reply:My two youngest two both got their first teeth at 2 months. My oldest two were on a more "normal" schedule of getting them at around 6 months.

My husband got his baby teeth early, so according to our dentist there is a bit of a genetic predisposition to get teeth early.

Just take good care of the teeth once they erupt, and be prepared that early to come in may also mean early to come out. My daughter is now 6, and her friends are just loosing their first baby teeth and she has already gotten 4 permanent teeth.
