Ive been having slight discomfort o nand off for a couple years now but it alwasy goes away within a couple days. i already have too many teeth for my mouth and this week i started to have pain again. i noticed a corner protruding in the back of my upper right side and i am absolutely positive it is trying to puch out the tooth under it.
Is it easier to have your molars removed and let the wisdom teeth come down naturally, or do they somehow remove the teeth from the side so not to disturb the teeth that are already in use?
also how much does all this cost, roughly, in OC, Cali without insurane?

Removing wisdom teeth is not a simple process. It requires an oral surgeon rather than a dentist. I don't know what it would cost in California. The only way to know would be to have an assessment. Are there any dental clinics or nearby dental schools, that would be willing to do the procedure for a reduced price?
Reply:They will have to remove the wisom teeth because once they come through the jaw they usually come in horizonally. Get them out asap, wisdom teeth are harder to clean and can get infected. also the pressure can actually break the teeth next to them.
