Teeth whitening /stains ? help?

I've always had these weird stains on my teeth. the stains are only on like 5 or 6 of my front teeth. i've had them since i was a baby....most of my teeth grew in with the stains on them already. my mom said it had something to do wih me having to take iron supplements or something when i was infant. they aren't like brown stains, like they don't look like smoking stains...they are a whitish yellow and some of them cover almost my whole tooth. some of them just look like a spot or stripe that was painted on . i was just wondering if anyone could give me ideas on how to make them less noticeable or whiten them a bit. i've trip a few store-bought whitening products like crest but they just whiten around the stains, they don't actually get rid of the stains.help???

Teeth whitening /stains ? help?
I can relate to you. I had the same problem all of my life. My parents never thought it was that big of a deal so I had to wait till I was an adult to get it fixed. I was told the same thing about the medication as a child was what caused this. Mine were just the front 2 teeth. I went to my dentist and they whitened them at the office with some kind of laser or something. It did cost some money but it was sooooo worth it! I had it done over 8 years ago and I still have a beautiful white smile! Talk to your dentist and they can help you!
Reply:Try peroxide on toothbrush. Don't expect instant results. Keep doing it.
Reply:You have to ask a dentist that does cosmetic procedures. Stains like that can't be removed with bleach, the bleach will only remove surface stains which make them darker. If you can afford it and it really bothers you, you may want to consider veneers or other options. Again, a cosmetic dentist can offer help and choices or do a web search on cosmetic dental procedures for white teeth.
Reply:It's possible that tooth whitening isn't going to help you since it is probably a built in discoloration. If you'd like white teeth you could talk to your dentist about veneers, but they are going to cost a little $.
Reply:I'm not really a tooth expert so this is my best shot, maybe you can go to a dentist and have them whitened, but like I said I'm not a tooth expert so ask them if it will help and if not ask them what will help.
Reply:Have you tried the bleach for teeth? You put it inside some gum shield like things and leave it on for about 15 minutes, You can use it every other day until your happy with the colour. Make sure that you get the re mineralisation gel for afterwards though to protect the enamel on your teeth as this can make it thinner over time if you don't.

It costs a fortune in the shops but you can get it for a fraction of the price on ebay.
Reply:laser whitening or veeners.
Reply:Get rid of tooth stains by having a good choice of teeth whitening system found at http://www.maximumteethwhitening.com/
