You should take him to the dr for them to check it out. You should know though that there is sugar and fat in milk, so if he is sleeping with a bottle of milk that can cause degeneration of the teeth as well. Not just obvious sweets. My daughter had to cut down on baby carrots because of their sugar content. They may also need to check to make sure all his nutrient levels are high enough and if not, maybe a supplement will help until you can adjust his diet to meet all his body%26#039;s needs. Good Luck. I hope you find a solution fast. I know how it can drive you crazy when you%26#039;re not sure what%26#039;s going on with your child.
Reply:no its okay it will grow back my son did the same thing and hes came back so yes it will no need for appoinment about it
Reply:Does he use a pacifier or grind his teeth? Sometimes little ones start to grind their teeth in their sleep and it becomes a habit. They will be ok tho. As long as the habit is broken before they get older
