how do i get healthy teeth, i brush my teeth, i use whit strips every once in a while, but i have like these (lighter than my teeth color) blotches on my teeth. i dont smoke, drink, chew or anything i rinse with ACT mouth wash sommetimes not a lot but like 2 or 3 times a month. :] but i want healthy teeth not just white, but i also want white teeth.

the spots could be from using the white strips. doesn%26#039;t really sound like unhealthy teeth. it might help to get you%26#039;re teeth whitened by a dentist.
