usally when i buy a new tooth brush my teeth bleed its normal i guess so but i bought a new tooth brush like a week ago and it hurts my teeth when i brush and my teeth are always bleeding now is this becasue of my tooth brush or what
My teeth are bleeding..why???
your teeth does not bleed, your gums does. If your teeth bleed, it means you have fractured your teeth due to accident.
Use a soft tooth brush %26amp; do the proper tecqunic of tooth brushing. Flossing is a must.
Reply:the toothbrush might be too hard for your sensitive gums..or you should floss more.
Reply:It%26#039;s your gums that are bleeding, not your teeth. You may have problems with your gums, which are usually very fixable. My husband has gum issues. He has to take extra care of them. Go see your dentist and get a cleaning. They%26#039;ll check your gums to see if everything is okay. If left untreated, gum problems could cause other health issues. Good luck!
Reply:Your teeth are not bleeding, your gums are. Perhaps you require a brush with softer bristles or you should go to a Dental Hygienist and see if the teeth need a cleaning and scraping to remove tartar, which could be the cause of the bleeding. Brushing should never cause bleeding.
Reply:Buy a toothbrush that says %26quot;SOFT%26quot; on it.
Reply:It is probably because you are not brushing your teeth enough or you dont floss. You probably have food stuck somewhere close to your gums and it will irritate them enough and they will bleed. Just make sure that you brush AND floss every night before you go to bed. Just brush and floss your teeth really good. If you still have this problem go to your dentist and they will help you. I hope this advice helps! Merry Christmas! :)
