Does using baking soda and water to make a paste and then brushing your teeth with it really help whiten your teeth? If so how long does it take to see results and how much whiter will they get? Is there any other way besides the tooth whitening producs in the store and lazer whiten to whiten my teeth? I have really sensitive teeth and tose whitening products hurt my teeth. Thank you in advance!!

Whitening Teeth???
if you want to keep your teeth whiter, it is a best move to quit smoking and refrain from drinking black coffee for they are culprits that can stain teeth.

you should also refrain exposing teeth from stain-causing foods and beverages like sauces, chocolates, red wine, red meat, plum, tea, and even colas. make sure to make it a habit to brush and floss teeth every after meal to remove tooth stains.

choose a teeth whitener that have quality ingredients that can deliver whiter teeth results in just a minimum time. you can also try asking your dentist about it. for more tips on how to keep teeth whiter visit http://www.maximumteethwhitening.com
