My two front teeth are fake and huge.and i still have my real teeths im only 18 years old this is how it all?

started.when i was 8 years old i was riding a beycicle and crashed into a pole and my 2 front teeths fell off, so my mom rushed me to the dentist and i was there for like 4 hours for them to make me 2 fake tooths and when they put it on they were huge and they are not like those removable tooths that you can put on and off, there stuck. anyway when i had my real tooth i had a gap between and when they put the fake there was no gap anymore because they were fake teeth.is it possible that my dentist can put my real tooth back on becuase i look ugly when i smile and when i laugh i cover my mouth infront of ppl and i hate that i want a nice smile and not act wierd when covering my mouth and laugh.can i dentist put my real tooth back and let it stick there for ever acting like it never came out.i really want my small teeth back i hate those huge chipmonk tooth.i dont feel normal when i think about it.when i speak to girls they like me bcuz im good looking %26amp; when i smile they look at it funy

You%26#039;re pretty much screwed. Maybe you%26#039;ll think twice next time, before riding into a pole.
Reply:your real teeth are long gone.Have other implants put in that are smaller.
Reply:Your dentist is the best person to discuss your front teeth problem. I can tell you, working on an eight year old who has come in with two front teeth broken is a night-mare for most dentists. It%26#039;s a blessing that he even tried to build up your own teeth from scratch, instead of recommending pulling both teeth and giving you a plastic removable denture with two fake teeth on it. That you would have learned to hate, I assure you.

Ask him to check the nerves in both teeth first, then ask for replacement crowns to be made using porcelain, if everything checks out fine with the nerves. Otherwise root canal treatment may be needed before crowns (caps) can be done.

You and he will work together to get the exact look you are looking for as pertains to color, shape, length, gap or no gap, etc.

Hope this answer helps. Take your parent with you to discuss costs. take care.
Reply:I am assuming you have a permanent bridge in place if this incident happened 10 years ago.

There are a couple of options:

Implants - which once the surgical portion is placed, you have to wait approx 6 months for healing before putting on a new smaller tooth/teeth (some newer style implants require only 3 months of healing, but that is up to the Oral Surgeon to decide on how long to wait to %26quot;load%26quot; the implants

Flipper or partial denture - a flipper can be made with smaller teeth and more of a space in between the teeth, but your bridge would have to be cut off and you may acquire a lisp for a while, while you get used to wearing a flipper/partial.
