My tooth really hurts, and now the pain is spreading to other teeth?

I was experiencing a mild pain, so I brushed regularly and rinsed with hydro peroxide for a few days. The pain got worse, I stopped using it, and kept brushing. For a while, the pain eased, but now it%26#039;s back (maybe because I didn%26#039;t brush this morning...?) and now I can feel it spreading to the teeth beside it. It%26#039;s still mild, but I can definitely feel it. My dentist is 500 miles away; what can I do to stop the pain/progression, and stop the problem? At first it was just the adjacent teeth, but now I can kinda feel it in the teeth beside the teeth after the adjacent teeth as well.

Left front tooth is main one hurting.

Make a dental appointment immediately.
Reply:When I first read about your problem, my first thoughts were: %26quot;Maybe you should see a lawyer then, no, maybe an accountant%26quot; - but then I had this revalation - %26quot;why don%26#039;t you visit a dentist?%26quot;
Reply:Please go to the dentist, before it gets worse.
Reply:you probably have an abcessed tooth. You really need to go to a dentist. There are a lot of them closer than 500 miles.

In the mean time get some Orajel or something like that

Hope you feel better soon
Reply:since your dentist isn%26#039;t close you should at least call him to see if they know the problem they may be able to tell you what to do from home, but it could be serious and you may need to drive in. i really don%26#039;t know the problem sorry! you need to call your dentist.
Reply:It sounds like you have an abcessed tooth. You should call your dentist and have him call you in an antibiotic and some pain medication, remember the antibiotics will take up to 48 hours before they start to work. ( I hope you have a pharmacy closer than your dentist) You should not use the peroxide on your teeth, ever! You%26#039;re drying up necessary salivary glands and burning your tissue. All of your teeth are connecting with the same branch of nerves so that%26#039;s why all of your teeth are starting to hurt.

But you should keep brushing. Our mouths are the opposite of the rest of our bodies, if something is wrong/hurting you need to brush/floss more often. Good luck!
