My daughter is 5 and has been complaining of tooth pain, she has a scheduled cleaning for Nov 30th so we have told her to brush really well as when we first looked we didnt notice anything wrong and figured a tooth was starting to grow in. Now, we noticed that her to bottom front teeth(yes both of them) are a little but still hardly loose. But the big shocker was that her Bottom two permanet teeth have already broken through and are behind the baby teeth. Should I be worried?
Loose Teeth?
This sometimes happens. Have her continue to wiggle the teeth until her check up appointment. Maybe she can pull them herself, which will definitely be cheaper than having the dentist extract; and she will be spared the injection necessary for the extraction....
It is probably too soon to be worried about orthodontics, just take her for regular check ups
Reply:you should go and get it checked out, you def. need to pull out those baby teeth so she doesn't end up having 2 layers of teeth on her botton jaw.
Reply:Don't worry. When I was 7 years old, that happened to me. (only with different teeth, they were also bottom teeth) Just pull out the baby teeth. Are the teeth very far behind? She does need to brush better until the teeth are fixed. When she is 7 take her to an orthodontist. It will be okay.
Good luck!

Reply:no dont worry about it. That happen to me once. The permanet teeth would move into the front by itself
