Wisdom Teeth?

My wisdom teeth have started to come out and they are now half way/3/4 of the way out.

I want to have them taken out cuz ive heard that they can cause crowding in the front teeth and ive already noticed that some of my front teeth have moved a bit.

for me to take out my wisdom teeth do they have to be fully out (as in 100%) and also will the crowding go back to normal once the wisdom teeth are gone?

Wisdom Teeth?
You should definitly take them out now that you are young, the more you wait the more diffucult the extraction it will be, in addition the crowding will not go back to normal, once shifting has occured only invisalign or braces can place them back. Good luck and plan the extractions of all four of them ahead of time!!
Reply:No your wisdom teeth don't have to be all the way out in order to be removed, if you've noticed that your teeth are starting to crowd go to the dentist asap because that could cause you to have serious problems like needing braces, or having other teeth removed.
Reply:Your wisdom teeth do not have to fully emerge in order to be extracted. Infact many times people have to have them dug out, because they will not surface, but are causing them problems. You are lucky yours came up. You really want them taken care of asap, because they tend to decay rapidly, because they are hard to reach when brushing. If the tooth decays too badly it will crumble during extraction, and the root will have to be dug out. Plus the longer your teeth stay crowded the less likely it will be that they go back to straight.
