i am 19 and my temporary tooth wasnt extracted since then %26amp; my true teeth grown up on it.. yesterday I went to d dentist to have my temporary tooth removed %26amp; d doctor said that my true tooth will just go down to its place.. is dis true..? how long will it take for my teeth to go down on its place..?

yes but you have to help it by pushing it with your tongue once in a while! my cousin did the same thing, but when his mom observe that its not aligned with the other teeth they put braces in his teeth!

Reply:I presume he took an xray to see where the permanent tooth was. If he did an xray what he said will be true. Didn't he give you an estimate of how long it might take? That happened with me but the permanent tooth was lying sideways and they had to cut it out of the roof of my mouth. I was 17. There was a small gap for a while but that closed .
